Comments

Food safety plan and sanitation plan are still under review. Operator has proposed to have no food service and switch to single use drink utensils only to obtain health approval. Glass washer was operational and tested 25ppm iodine (main floor) Conditional health approval granted on the following conditions: 1. Dishwasher must be repaired and funtional for sanitizing within 14 days. 2. Food service not permitted until dishwasher is repaired. 3. Operator must otain iodine test strips immediately. Closure order rescinded. Operator is given conditional health approval as above. Operator must obtain approval from other regulatory bodies. Permit fee collected for May 2020 - March 20201 for $229.17, cheque #129.
