Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BEEUCX:

- General sanitation has improved. All the areas noted in the previous report have been cleaned.
- Immediately begin daily temperature log for ALL coolers, freezers, and hot holding units.
- The operator has implement control measures for fruit fly activity. Activity seems to have decreased in the dry storage area. Ensure to change out the sticky traps or other pest control traps regularly.
- Refrigeration units now equipped with working thermometers.
- The operator has successfully passed the FOODSAFE course and has obtained a valid FOODSAFE certificate.
- An additional stainless steel table has been installed in the kitchen. Move all hot holding units away from the three compartment sink and place them on the new prep table to prevent food contamination.
