A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - The dishwasher is fixed and it no longer leaks. - The dishwasher had [Cl2] between 100-200ppm. The dishwasher can be used to wash and sanitize dishes. - The rinsing sink waste pipe is fixed and it no longer leaks. - Dine-in service can resume. - All violations have been fixed. - Discussed results of the inspection with the owner, no signature obtained due to the pandemic.
