Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 10ppm chlorine sanitizer detected in container with cloths submerged. Operator added more bleach at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure chlorine sanitizer is maintained at minimum 100ppm. Use test strips on site to verify sanitizer concentration.

All hand wash stations were fully equipped with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel.
All coolers 4C or less
Freezers - 21C to -24C
Hot holding of rice and broth all higher than 60C.
General sanitation satisfactory.
No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Back door was closed at time of inspection.
Screen was in place over open back door at time of inspection.
Low temperature dish washer had 50ppm chlorine.
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered, lights in food preparation areas had covers..etc)
