Dishwasher tested at 73.9C at plate surface during rinse cycle. You may now use re-usable dishes for service. In the future, please be sure to take appropriate action if the dishwasher does not work. Do not continue to use the dishwasher. Instead, use single use dishes. Any kitchen utensils are to be hand washed and sanitized.
