Observation: - Dirty glasses stored in kitchen handsink that is located closest to back prep area.
- Hot water not available at kitchen handsink that is located closest to back prep area.
Correction: - Remove dirty glasses from handsink.
- Provide hot water at kitchen handsink.
- In the interim, food handlers preparing food in back prep area are to wash their hands at 2-compartment sink.
- All handsinks must be accessible and provided with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels at all times.

Note: Spoke with operator on telephone at time of inspection. Operator stated that a fixture part required for the hot water faucet is not available locally and has been ordered. Part is scheduled to arrive in the next few days.
