Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-CTUSQQ
- 100 PPM chlorine residual detected in the sanitizer container in the prep area.
- Appropriate dispenser now in use for bulk food container - however, operator must ensure that the handle does not come in contact with the food.
- Cleanliness noted improved for areas cited during the last routine inspection.
- No cardboards were noted in use as liners for floor or in the refrigeration units. Operator has also purchased anti-slip mats for the kitchen as opposed to using cardboards.

Outstanding violation that still needs to be corrected
- 2 uncovered containers of food still noted less than 6 inches off the floor. Please store food protected with lids/ plastic wrap and store off the floor (at least 6 inches).
