Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Plastic wrap was used to cover stainless steel working counter in kitchen.

- Remove plastic wrap. It is not an easily cleanable surface.

Routine
- Kitchen has not been in regular use since the COVID-19 pandemic. It is used only on occasion to prepare light meals when necessary.
- Typical usage pre-pandemic was: once a month for special events held upstairs in the main room.

- 2 door cooler (#1 and #2): 2.8C
- 3 door freezer (#7 - #9): -15C (all items in frozen state).
- Undercounter cooler in kitchen: 3C
**All other coolers/freezers were not plugged in at time of inspection. All unplugged units were empty.

- Handsink supplied with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels. No obstructions.
- No sanitizer solution prepared at the time as kitchen was not in operation, however sanitizer is available on site.
- Dishwasher achieved final rinse temperature of 71.1C (as per max/min thermometer) after 5 runs (#1 - 54.4C, #2 - 58.7C, #3 - 64.7C, #4 - 68.4C).
- Temperature logs for coolers/freezers are recorded twice daily.
- Food is stored in a manner that is protected from contamination.
- Dry goods stored in pest proof containers.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- Vent hood appeared in sanitary condition. Next service date is scheduled for: April 9, 2022.
- No signs of pests at time of inspection. Services are provided by Abell (July 2021 contract in place).
- FOODSAFE requirements met.
- Health permit posted.

Note:
- Ensure hot holding units are able to maintain food items at 60C or hotter when in use.
