Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)]
Observation: Hot water tank failed in the morning of March 18th 2019 according to the operator. No hot water is being provided for hand washing, proper sanitizing, and cleaning at the time of inspection. Informed the operator that in order for a food premises to operate, hot and cold water is an imperative condition that operator must meet in any circumstances. Once operator found out, he proactively contacted a technician for repair/replacement.
Correction: Operator must repair/replace hot water tank to provide hot water for proper hand washing, proper sanitizing of surfaces, dishes and utensils, and cleaning of the premises. Closure order issued until hot water tank can be fixed to a good working order.

Hot and cold running water available at all sinks
High temperature dishwasher in good working order; detected 80.3 C at plate level after final rinse cycle
Closure order is now rescinded
