Generally well maintained and operated. Sanitation is excellent. Food temperatures in the walk-in kitchen fridge located in the pantry measure < 4 C. Freezer temperatures measure < -18 C. Dishwasher final rinse temperature measures 71 C. Spray sanitizer measures 200 ppm Cl.
