- Cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius
- 12.5 ppm Iodine available in the glass washer
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in the bucket

Kitchen
- Hand washing stations were found to have hot/cold running water and liquid soap.
- All coolers ambient air temperature found at 4c or below
- All freezers ambient air temperature found at -18c or below.
- All hot holding units were found at 60 c or higher.
- Dishwasher reached 50 ppm concentration for sanitizer cycle.
- Quat sanitizers were at 200 ppm concentration.
- Ice dispenser was in sanitary condition.
- All employees observed to have uniforms and hair restraint in place.
