Top of walk in cooler is large open square hole (intended for storage and access to cooler's condenser). Potential accumulation of debris, access to pests. Corrective Action(s): Clean, inventory and seal area to prevent pest access. All surfaces must be clean or made of cleanable surfaces. Date to be completed by: 6 months. Violation Score: 3

Comments

Follow up from last inspection: No flies in back were there is pop stored (tiled area that leads to walk in cooler). Spills and sticky residue has been cleaned up. Fly tape is full and needs changing. Back door is closed at the time of inspection. Manager said that this door should remain closed. Any renovations or alternations to the food facility will need to be submitted to Public Health for approval.
