Comments

- Glasswasher is now working properly and hooked up to an iodine sanitizing solution (microklene). 12.5 ppm iodine residual detected during rinse cycle.
- Test strips for all sanitizers used (iodine, chlorine, and quats) available on-site for monitoring. Ensure to monitor sanitizer concentrations on a daily basis.
- All hand washing stations were accessible. Reminder to check supplies - all hand washing stations must be adequately supplied with liquid soap and paper towels at all times.
- General cleaning has been completed, however re-organization of dry storage room is required.
- Pest control operator has been on-site and noted rodent activity. Please continue with bi-weekly pest control services and ensure to follow their recommendations. All food and equipment to be stored off the ground (6 inches) to facilitate easier monitoring and cleaning. Ensure all equipment is moved/pulled out from walls when deep cleaning floors.
