Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towel and liquid soap near the bar hand washing station ( a dispenser for liquid soap is empty).
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Supply the bar hadwashing sink with liquid soap & paper/must be available all the time.

Food stored safely at the time of inspection.
Hotholding units at 60 C;
Low temperature dishwasher at 100 ppm of Chlorine solution;
Glasswasher at 50ppm of Chlorine solution;
Surface sanitizer available in white buckets with presoaked wiping rags at 100 ppm bleach solution.
Fan hood - clean;
Dry storage area - organized;
No signs of pest activity. (Westside Pest Control company inspects monthly.

Recommendation:
1. The kitchen hand sink should be serviced.
2. Knives must be stored safely.
3. Storage shelves have to be refinished.
