Follow up:
-Store Co-Manager informed that the dishwasher is currently not in use and only manual ware-washing is being conducted at the 3-compartment sink for the bakery/deli. Single-service utensils only.
-Prior to reusing the dishwasher in the future, contact the Environmental Health Officer for a follow up inspection to assess if the high temperature dishwasher is achieving the sanitizing standard (i.e. minimal of 71 degrees C dishwasher final rinse temperature is required at the utensil level to achieve the sanitizing standard).
