Routine Inspection Conducted
- No food preparation occurring during time of inspection

Observations:
- Walk-in coolers (X2) at or below 4'C
- Walk-in freezer at -19'C
- Preparation coolers at or below 4'C
- No hot-holding on site
- Temperature logs are maintained on site - good!
- All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- Dry foods stored in pest proof containers. Scoops are used only as needed and placed in the dishwasher as needed.
- First-in-first-out method in use. Prepared foods are stored with time stamps.
- General sanitation excellent during inspection
- All hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATs sanitizer in pail (X1) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 74'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs and QUATs
- Equipment observed in good sanitary condition and in good working order
- Ventilation canopy observed in good sanitary condition
- No signs of pest activity during inspection
- Mechanical rodent traps and UV traps are observed in place
- Professional pest control company is contracted
- Staff observed wearing hair nets and clean uniforms
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained operator available on site
- Permit posted in a conspicuous location on site
