-All hand washing stations equipped with hot/cold water, soap and paper towel
-Thermometers are available.
- Walk in freezer is </=-18C
- Spray bottle sanitizer and sanitize sink tested at 200 ppm Quats.
- Dishwashing sinks is organized.
-General sanitation is satisfactory
- Ice machine is good

*** Pepsi coolers are plugged in to use in the meantime
** Noted some rodent dropping on boxes in storage area ( might be old) - clean and monitor for any activity
** Noted prepared products without date in walk in cooler, and some with date of April 2 ( made on Ensure to label prepared/cooked potentially hazardous products (ex: cooked rice , meat, chicken, bean cooked veg...) with date of preparation

*** Noted expired salsa boxes in the back- discard all
