- Expiration dates were monitored - Coolers were <4C and freezers were <-18C - Small kitchen used for food preparation such as crepe, soup etc. - Leftover soup is cooled in water bath and kept in coolers in a timely manner - 100ppm chlorine sanitizer present and used for sanitizing food contact surfaces and equipment (meat slicer) - Handsink maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - General sanitation is satisfactory - No signs of pest activity
