Routine Inspection:
- Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures met health requirements:
Coolers (undercounter, sliding door, makeline prep, walk-in) maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
2-door freezer maintained at -18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Premises well lit.
- 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sink plugs available.
- Concentration of QUAT sanitizer at dispenser and in spray bottles = 200 ppm.
- Low temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 100 ppm chlorine.
- Pest control in place.
