Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-CCBSX3.
Bleach water sanitizer available in buckets in front and back at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine.
Hard-to-reach areas, as noted on previous inspection report, appear to have been cleaned. Cleaning schedule is posted.
A new stainless steel cooler has been provided in the same location as the previous glass door upright cooler. New cooler measured at 3 degrees C. Previous cooler removed.
Thermometers in place for cold holding units.
Oven noted on previous report removed.
Temperature logs available.
Note: The following changes to equipment and layout have been made without prior application for health approval:
- New preparation cooler is in place, in addition to the existing preparation cooler. Preparation cooler is located across from oven. Temperature of cooler measured at 2 degrees C (above and below).
- Back area has been reorganized; wire shelving racks have been moved from back wall to a position perpendicular and adjacent to the back wall.
It was stated that updated menu and food safety plan are in the process of being completed and will be submitted to the Environmental Health Officer. New menu items are not yet being offered.
