Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:

- Open display coolers at 4C
- Closed display case at 4C
- Reach in coolers at 4C
- Freezers at -18C
- Cooler units equipped with thermometers
- Quats sanitizer from dispenser was at 200ppm and test strips were available.
- Quats sanitizer placed in food preparation area.
- Hand washing station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- No evidence of pest activity noted
- Cold ready to eat foods are delivered from central kitchen located in Richmond daily. Food products are assembled, portioned, or repackaged.
- Surran wrap placed on sushi preparation table. Ensure the surran-wrap is changed after preparing sushi products for lunch or dinner. The practice does not replace sanitizing. Ensure the area is properly washed and sanitized at least every 4 hours.
