Routine inspection conducted

Structural: No issues noted. Surfaces in good working condition. Floors, walls and counter tops noted in good working condition.

- Hand washing station equipped.
- Food in walk-in cooler measured at or below 4C. Food noted covered and organized in a sanitary containers. All cut vegetable in the walk in cooler are to be covered.
- Line cooler with inserts measured at or below 4C. This unit kept clean and well maintained.
- Small fridge also kept clean and only sauces stored.
- Chest freezer measured at or below -18C. Samosa noted stored frozen and comes from approved sources. All other items stored properly.
- Hot holding unit measured at 60 or hotter at the time of this inspection. Operator discards food after one hour.
- Vegetable cutter cleaning and sanitizing discussed. Dough maker noted maintained. Food contact surfaces are sanitized with 200 ppm bleach water solution in spray bottles.
- 2 Comp sink maintained. Prep sink is also close to 2 comp sink. Dishware washing and food prep are to be separated time wise.
No obvious sign of pest activity noted at this date.
Fraser Health Permit posted. Operator has valid food safe certificate.
