Walk-in cooler at 4 C. Freezer at -16 C. Under counter freezers at about -10 C. only fruit stored in these units. sandwich cooler at 4 C. Dishwash sink with sanitizer (quats) at 200 ppm. Handwash stations good. Have owner review coolers with service technician and get them all working or removed by next scheduled inspection.
