Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): (Repeated violation) Food contact surface sanitizer was measured at >200 ppm chlorine and bleached out the test paper. 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was prepared at this time. Reviewed mixing instruction with the operator.

Corrective Action(s): Soak rodent droppings with 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer for 10-15 minutes before picking them up with paper towels. Do not use vacuum. Correct this by: 2 weeks.
