Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-B26PWU: - The low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine sanitizer at 49C at the plate's level. - The upright freezer near the office still measures -4C. The minimum requirement is -18C. The operator has called the technician to repair the freezer. The food items are still frozen. Keep monitoring the temperature of the freezer. - Begin daily temperature logs for all freezers, coolers, and hot holding units.
