Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # FEMI-CFUSGF of Jun-29-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: -No Sanitizer detected in bucket of sanitizer and third sink -Mold noted inside ice machine-picture taken Correction: -Bleach was available instructed the staff to make bleach solution for third sink and buckets - Ensure to have proper surface sanitizer at all time and use test strip to check concentration -Clean and sanitize the ice machine including under cover plate and ice making parts Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # FEMI-CFUSGF of Jun-29-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: No sanitizer detected in third sink- sanitizer dispenser was empty at the source Correction: -Instructed the staff to use bleach at time of visit -Sanitize all dishware using bleach solution ( at least 100 ppm)- soak for two minutes and let it air dry

-All noted issues are rectified, soap and paper towel dispenser will be changed to no touch type. -Plastic curtain for walk in cooler is cleaned , it will be replaced with a new one No signature is taken due to covid- all are discussed with the duty manager and copy is provided at time of visit.
