Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): More than a dozen of creamer packets stored in under the counter cooler were measured with an internal temperature of 13C. Staff stated the creamers were stored at dining table before.
Corrective Action(s): Creamers must be kept at 4C or less at all times. All aforementioned creamers were discarded.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Bleach sanitizer in a bucket was measured with a concentration of more than 400 ppm.
2. Dirty metal trays were stored on top of the garbage can in he dishwashing area.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Staff diluted the bleach sanitizer to 200 ppm. Ensure bleach sanitizer is diluted at 100-200 ppm.
2. Move the metal trays away from the garbage can. Do not store any food containers on top of the garbage can.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed at the dry storage areas under the shelving units.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up the rodent droppings and continue monitor for pest activities. Send the most recent 2 months of professional pest control reports to the Environmental Health Officer. Correct by: today.
