General Comments: -Freezers in the back all < -18°C -Back cooler < 4°C -High temperature dishwasher 74.1°C at plate -Quats dispensing 200ppm -All ice machines maintained and clean -All hand-washing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels -Undercounter coolers in the front all < 4°C -Premises well-organized and sanitary -No signs of pests.
