Routine Inspection 2 compartment sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use towels. 2 door cooler at 4 C or below. Both deep freezers at - 18 C or below. Discussed with staff and operator how to make a 100-200 ppm chlorine solution for manual dishwashing and surface sanitizing. General formula for bleach sanitizer: 1/2 tsp of unscented 5% bleach per litre of warm water. General sanitation satisfactory. All temporary food events require a permit/approval.
