-Seafood purchased from Baffin Ltd; fish are sushi grade as per information provided on the invoice.

AS DISCUSSED TODAY AND DURING THE PREVIOUS INSPECTION, ADD MORE VINEGAR TO YOUR SUSHI RICE.
