- under counter cooler measured 3 degrees Celsius, and blast freezer (-29 degrees Celsius), cake display freezer (-18 degrees Celsius), triple door freezer (-19 degrees Celsius), Pint freezer (-18 degrees Celsius), customer pick up freezer (-10 degrees Celsius) and ice cream freezers (-14 degrees Celsius and -10 degrees Celsius)
- low temperature dishwasher measured 100 ppm chlorine at the dish surface.
- Spray sanitizer measured 200 ppm QUATS.
- General sanitation satisfactory; no evidence of pest activity noted.
