- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- good hand hygiene observed
- sanitizer measured 200ppm quats***
- dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine at final rinse cycle
- blenders are handwashed - ensure three compartment sink method is used
- scoops stored in clean, dry containers; one scoop for every ingredient available - ensure scoops are washed, rinsed and sanitized at least every four hours (manager states that it is done more frequently)
- ice machine is sanitary
- no expired foods upon random audit
