Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B3VUU8.

- Wiping cloths stored in bleach water sanitizer at 200 ppm chlorine.
- Food is stored off the floor
- No standing water observed on floor under booth adjacent to beverage dispenser. Restaurant manager stated that this area has been bleached.
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Restaurant manager FOODSAFE Level 1 is valid until August 13, 2020.
- Restaurant manager stated that ventilation canopy and baffles are cleaned weekly; however, dripping grease/oil observed along outermost edges. Ensure that these areas are cleaned more frequently to prevent accumulation of grease/oil. It is recommended to keep a cleaning log that is checked or initialled.

The following is outstanding:
- Area where beverage dispenser/ice machine drain hoses are located is to be resurfaced to provide a surface that is smooth, non-porous, suitable for its intended purpose, and easy to clean. Restaurant manager stated that area is to be tiled.
- An air gap or other means of backflow prevention must be in place where beverage dispenser/ice machine drain hoses enter the drain to prevent potentially contaminated water from entering the potable water supply in the event of backflow.
- Restaurant manager stated that technician will be on site this week to service both the chemical dispenser and piping located under the two-compartment sink
