Inspection the result of rodent infestation of Storage Room shared with 2 other tenants. KFC storage room is CLEAN and does not have any signs of rodent activity. NO food items were contaminated during time of inspection as all items were placed in cooler and freezer unit. Neighbouring tenants are experiencing product loss due to storage of buns/bread on pallets. Do not store any food items outside of pest proof containers in this storage room. Continue to store in walk in cooler and walk in freezer. CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN THIS EXCEPTIONAL LEVEL OF SANITATION AND FOOD SAFETY- EXCELLENT WORK AS USUAL!!
