Follow-up Inspection Conducted - Refer to inspection report #SDHI-CW4RS7 for outstanding violations Observations: - General sanitation has improved. All rodent droppings have been cleaned - Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle (X1) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip - No recent signs of rodent activity Outstanding items: - Ensure to replace the door sweeps for the two back doors to prevent rodent entry/harbourage/breeding on site - Follow-up inspection to be conducted in 1 month Notes: - Inspection report will be emailed to the operator Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
