-Req'd cleaning has been completed
-All foods stored off the ground & appeared protected
-Sanitizer available in each food preparation area (dim sum, service and cook line)
-No pest activity noted. Operator has had pest control in for ants. Continue to maintain high level of sanitation and monitor for new activity. Ensure entry points are located and sealed.
