General Observations: Walk-in Cooler temperature was 2 degC; Upright cooler temperature was 4 degC Walk-in freezer temperature was -20 degC Hand sink was fully equipped 200ppm quats was available for use. HAVE A SANITIZER BUCKET IN THE FOOD PREP AREA BY THE WALK-IN COOLER AREA AS WELL. Temperature logs were being maintained Foods were hot held above 60 degC Dishwasher rinse was 72 degC at the plate level Abell pest control is on contract.
