Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No food contact surface sanitizer was prepared and staff were not able to locate any bleach at the time of inspection. Inspector was able to locate the bleach for the staff. Staff prepared a spray bottle and bucket with cloth with bleach solutions that measured 100-200ppm Chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure food contact surface sanitizer is always readily available for staff to use and sanitize premises. Clean and sanitize all areas prior to continuing operations.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash station next to walk-in cooler did not have any paper towels during inspection. Staff were notified and this was addressed and corrected
