Ice cream freezer measured at or below -18C. - QUAT sanitizer 200-400 ppm available in spray bottle and the bottle is properly labeled. - Hot holding for pizza and sausage rolls maintained. Food temperature measure at or above 60C. - Floor is clean and maintained. Shelve are clean and organized. FIFO followed. - Customer washroom maintained. - Permit posted. Employees are food safe trained. - Mop sink has been replaced with a new one and maintained clean.
