1. Cleaning in noted areas completed. Ice build up in walk in cooler has been removed. No pest at the time of inspection. 2. Food protected from contamination and stored on shelving. Pending: One light cover for walk in freezer still missing and require replacement. Recommendation: light tube protectors can be used in the mean time to prevent glass from shattering onto food storage areas while waiting for replacement.
