Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back undercounter cooler measured at 8-9C at the time of the inspection. Multiple food items inside probed at 6.5-7C at the time of the inspection. Daily temperature log indicates this noted cooler measured between 4-6C.
Corrective Action(s): Call for service. The undercounter cooler must maintain temperature < or = 4C at all times.

Follow up inspection to report #253336:

- All handwashing stations free of cooking equipment, easily accessible, and supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels.
- Unable to verify Operating Certificate replacement has been ordered. Still no Operating Permit available at the time of the inspection.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
