Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Macaroni, pork adobo, and buko pandan observed to be stored in front display cooler which was turned off.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the aforementioned items. All cold potentially hazardous foods must be stored in a cooling unit able to cold-hold at 4C or lower.

Corrective Action(s): Service the aforementioned items so it holds an air ambient temperature of -18C or lower. All freezers must measure at least -18C or lower. Corrected by: July 7, 2022.
