Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing stations at the kitchen and front area were obstructed with utensils.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all utensils from the hand washing stations. Hand washing stations must be unobstructed to allow for proper hand washing.

- High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached 77.1C at the plate level.
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer available in spray bottle and in container with wiping cloths (after correction)
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle
- Temperature monitoring system in place
- Food is covered and protected from contamination
- Ice machine is clean. Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner.
