Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # RHEN-ARRQGX of Oct-02-2017 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (Quats sanitizer measured under 200 ppm (150 ppm noted) at both the dishsink and the sani-bucket in front. Main reservoir empty or near empty possibly affecting feed rate of quats concentrate. Discussed with operator and replacement on order (nine in stock).)

Comments

New quats bag in place at main feed. Measured sink sanitizer concentration at less than 100 ppm. Air gaps noted in line. Bag not placed as per instructions causing air to feed the line. Quats outlet needs to be at the bottom of the basket and bag. Watch this for future bag placement. Leak in ceiling fixed. Good!
