Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats in spray bottle tested at 0ppm. Chef filled container from dispenser, tested at 0ppm again.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use quats dispenser until it has been serviced. Chef filled spray bottle with bleach/water, tested at 200ppm, and labelled.

Observation: 1. One back chest freezer has lifted seal and lid does not properly close.
2. Caulking behind dishwashing sinks is peeling and mouldy.
3. Paper towel dispenser at handsink in kitchen is not working due to low batteries or sensor issue.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Replace seal/lid of freezer or obtain new freezer. Will be corrected in one week.
2. Plumbing in dishwashing area to be replaced in two weeks and caulking will be fixed then.
3. Paper towel dispenser to be fixed or replaced in two weeks when handsink is moved to other side of doorway.

Routine inspection:
-handsink in kitchen is fully equipped - paper towel on a roll on the counter currently used
-dishwasher sanitizing at 100ppm chlorine
-all coolers at <4C
-all freezers at <-18C
*start using temperature logs - provided at time of inspection
-food storage in coolers is good - covered, labelled, and dated; raw meat stored in bottom shelves
-one cooler in the back is dedicated for fruits and vegetables

*french fry cutter that is mounted to wall in kitchen and is not longer in use is to be removed
*submit updated floor plan for renos to kitchen that will be taking place in two weeks - steamer to be installed and handsink to be moved
