Requirements #1-3, 5-8, 11, 13, 15-16, 18 completed.
#4) Dishwasher is dispensing 50 ppm chlorine but there are a lot of bubbles at end of cycle. Please inquire technician.
#9) Baseboard added but some areas require more adherence to wall due to gap noticed.
#10) Joint inspection with Chief Fire Prevention Officer who determined that exhaust hood and fire extinguisher require clearance after assessment with Mechanical Engineer. To submit plans to City.
#12) Do not use foam to seal gap at grease trap as surface is not durable and not suitable for cleaning. It needs to be smooth, non absorbant and easily cleanable
#14) Place sign in front and back of same door.
#17) Copies of Foodsafe certificates (owner and operator/manager) have not been submitted.

Note: -Ice wands purchased.
-Skewer meat supplier is Wing Sum International Trading Inc.
-chest freezer to remain by kitchen handsink (operator decided to keep).
-permit fee to collect when restaurant is ready to open
