Comments

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at 4'C or below; Freezers operating at -18'C or below.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket to hold wiping rags.
- Dishwashing sink properly equipped for manual dishwashing.

General sanitation level of the facility has improved from the last routine inspection, but still requires improvement. Refer to above.
