Corrective Action(s): Clean and organize garbage and kitchen facility. Pull items away from walls. Clean and organize. Store all items in designated areas. Clean storage containers/bins.

- Temperature Control: Monitoring being conducted. Temperature logs reviewed.
- Manual Dishwashing: 4 Step Method (Quats). Ensure all food contact surfaces are washed and disinfected after use or on a timely manner. All cleaned implements and take out containers are to be kept stored in a sanitary manner.
- Mechanical Dishwasher: High Temp: Ok.
- Wiping cloth storage: Monitoring required. Cloths are to be stored in a sanitizer at all times, completely submerged. Limit the number of cloths used at any given time.
- Food Storage: Stock rotation discussed. Items are to be kept stored off of floors. Refrigeration after opening discussed.
- Sanitary Facilities: Ok. Single use towels are to be kept stored in side dispensers at all times. Do not store on prep lines.
- Chemical Storage: Ok.
- Staff Hygiene: Discussed.
- Pest Control: Monitoring required.
- Commercial Equipment is to be cleaned and disinfected according to the manufacturers specs.
