Observation: Dough hook in the doush maker noted with broken section and cracks. Although this broken part does not touch the dough but it needs replacement. Operator was aware of the issue and stated a replacement will be ordered.
Corrective Action(s): Replace old broken part with a new part. Ensure no metal shavings are in the dough. Visually check end product.

Food delivery noted to this food premises at the time of this inspection. Staff measured received products' temperature for boxes of shrimp and fish.

Hand washing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers.
walk in cooler measured at or below 4 degree C. Covering food in this unit discussed. This unit noted organized and proper separation between raw and cooked food noted.
Under counter coolers measured at or below 4C. All other coolers measured at or below 4 C. Display cooler in bar measured at 3 degree C.
Cooler in Sea-Can containers outside measured at or below 4C. Walk in freezer in Sea-Can measured at or below -18 C.

General sanitation is satisfactory.
Low temp dishwasher had 50-100 pm chlorine residue in final rinse water. Dishware and implements properly stored.
No sign of pest activity observed at this date.
Sanitizer available.
Customer washrooms maintained.
