Routine inspection is conducted and following are observed: - Handsinks in main deli area and deli island are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - All coolers - walk-in cooler, all front display coolers, under counter cooler in back prep area and deli island coolers are all measured at less than 4C - Freezer unit is less than -18C - High temperature dishwasher is measured at 74C during final rinse cycle at dish level - Hot holding units for soups are greater than 60C - Quats sanitizer solution is available in spray bottle and concentration is measured at 200ppm quats solution - All equipment including deli slicer is maintained in sanitary condition - Food storage practices are satisfactory - No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection - General sanitation is satisfactory. NOTE: Operator signature is not required due to COVID 19
